Terms and Conditions for $150 Visa Gift Voucher Offer
Offer Summary:
This $150 Visa Gift Voucher offer is available to new TrustyPay customers who apply and sign an agreement for the Zero Fee Eftpos Solution between the dates outlined in the agreement for the offer and subsequently receive approval from TrustyPay Partners* in accordance with its standard credit criteria, terms, and processes.
To receive this offer, you must commence processing payments within 30 days following the successful approval of your application and process a minimum of $10,000 in eligible Card Volume each month for the first 3 months following activation of your service. Payments that have not been successfully settled by the end of each month, together with any Invalid Transactions or Unacceptable Transactions (as defined below), do not count towards the $10,000 monthly minimum requirement.
Invalid Transactions:

Any transaction that is declined, unsuccessful, or otherwise fails to be authorised or processed through the payment system.

Unacceptable Transactions: Any payment made using loyalty points or any other form of payment that is not processed or settled through the terminal provided by TrustyPay.
New Customer Requirement:
To qualify for this promotion, you must be a new customer of TrustyPay. The offer is available on a per-business basis and is not applicable to existing or previous TrustyPay customers for the same trading business. For example, if an existing customer is seeking additional terminals for an expanded location of the same business, they will not be eligible. However, if the owner operates separate businesses (each with its own distinct legal or trading identity), and those businesses are applying as new merchants with new terminals, they will qualify for this promotion.
Application and Approval:
You must apply for the Zero Fee Eftpos Solution between 1 October 2024 and 11:59 PM AEDT on 30 November 2024. Following submission of your application, it must be approved by TrustyPay Partners* based on their standard credit criteria, terms, and processes.
Payment Processing Obligation:
To remain eligible, you must begin processing payments within 30 days of approval and process a minimum of $10,000 in eligible card transactions (including Mastercard Credit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit, EFTPOS, and AMEX) each month for the first 3 months following the activation of your service. The Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for eligible transactions is 1.5%. Payments that are not successfully settled by the end of each calendar month, together with any Invalid or Unacceptable Transactions, will not count towards this minimum.
Voucher Issuance:
Upon meeting all eligibility criteria and offer conditions, you will be entitled to receive a one-time $150 Visa Gift Voucher. The voucher will be sent via mail within 4 months following the approval of your application, provided the $10,000 monthly transaction minimum is met for each of the first 3 months.
Notification of Gift Voucher:
Eligible customers will be notified via email once their gift voucher has been processed. The voucher will be processed within 4 months following the approval of your application, contingent on meeting the eligibility criteria.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding eligibility for the gift voucher or the terms of this offer will be resolved in accordance with TrustyPay's dispute resolution procedures, as outlined in your Merchant Agreement.
Offer Limitations:

The offer is limited to one gift voucher per eligible customer.

The voucher is not transferable or exchangeable for services.

If you cancel your plan before the voucher is issued or if you fail to meet the eligibility criteria, you will forfeit the voucher.

If TrustyPay terminates the agreement or suspends services for cause, as per your Merchant Agreement, and reactivates your service, the suspension will not alter your obligation to meet the $10,000 per month processing requirement.
Plan Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their plan at any time during the offer period by contacting TrustyPay customer support. Any requests for cancellation must be submitted through the official communication channels provided on the TrustyPay website.
Upon cancellation, access to the services provided under the plan will be terminated immediately, or on the date specified in the cancellation confirmation.
Customers who cancel their plan during the limited-time offer period may not be eligible to re-enroll in the same plan under the terms of the original limited-time offer. Re-enrollment, if available, may be subject to the standard rates and conditions at the time of re-application.
TrustyPay reserves the right to cancel a customer’s plan at any time, with prior notice, if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or due to any misuse of the service.
Modification and Termination:
TrustyPay reserves the right to terminate, modify, or substitute this offer at any time. However, any modification or termination of this offer will not affect customers who have already met the eligibility criteria prior to the modification or termination date. Given that the $150 Gift Voucher may be a determining factor in a merchant's decision to participate in the promotion, TrustyPay will provide prior notice of any significant changes to ensure that merchants are fully informed. In the event the gift voucher cannot be honoured or redeemed, TrustyPay will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative of equal value to the gift card.
Data Collection and Use:
By participating in this offer, you agree that TrustyPay may collect and use your personal and business information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the TrustyPay website.

*TrustyPay Partners refers to any third-party entities involved in the approval or delivery of payment services as part of the Zero Fee Eftpos Solution.
